The menu at Table Nineteen Victoria is created by the talented team led by executive chef Cooper Green, following the culinary vision of GolfBC’s corporate chef, Eric Gilchrist. The cuisine is meant to excite and intrigue, and features thoughtfully selected, locally available and ethically sourced ingredients with clever house-made twists.
Olympic View is the first to welcome the Table Nineteen brand outside of its flagship Whistler location. The space features a bright and airy aesthetic with welcoming colours, refined natural elements, and cozy lighting. The design incorporates unique elements that are intended to complement the building’s architecture and the natural setting.
We are proud to have attained the ultimate "GREEN" level certification from the Vancouver Island Green Business Collective. Some of our efforts to date include composting, recycling, water and electricity conservation, community volunteering and installing a bicycle rack to encourage more guests and team to ride their bikes. Please note: our maximum table size is 10 guests. We’re happy to welcome larger groups and can seat parties of more than 10 at adjacent tables, when possible. For a more tailored experience, our Events team is available to assist with planning a group booking.
